Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any issues. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Skills Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed. Previous experience in labor-intensive roles is a plus but not mandatory.
