The work includes walls and ceilings that must be flawless and smooth, ready for high-end paint and lighting exposure. Job Scope Taping, mudding, sanding, and applying a full skim coat. Achieve a perfectly smooth surface with no flashing or shadows. Experience working in high-end residential homes is a must. Ability to identify and correct uneven framing or drywall issues before finishing. Must maintain a clean workspace and respect active job sites.
Qualifications:
