If you’re skilled with drywall, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role focused on partial demolition, framing, and drywall finishing. Duties Perform partial demolition, wall framing, drywall hanging, mudding, taping, and sanding. Repair drywall following water damage, cutouts, or unit turnovers. Assist with door hanging and basic plumbing work as part of unit repairs. Operate standard hand tools and airless paint sprayers. Keep all job sites safe, clean, and organized. Requirements Minimum 3 years of drywall and framing experience (both install and repair work). Skilled in hand-finishing corners, flat joints, and high-visibility areas. Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to commute between nearby properties. Experience with water damage repair and multifamily maintenance is a plus.
