Drywall Texture and Finisher Spectrum Dynamics LLC Tampa, FL 33611 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drywall Finisher to join our construction team. Candidate(s) will have a strong background in drywall installation and finishing, ensuring high-quality results that meet industry standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment on various construction sites. Females are encouraged to Apply. Hablamos Espanol. Duties Prepare surfaces for drywall installation by measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall sheets. Apply tape, mud, and other finishing materials to drywall seams and joints for a smooth finish. Sand and polish finished surfaces to ensure a flawless appearance. Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and plumbers, to complete projects efficiently. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Conduct quality checks on finished work to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in drywall finishing or related construction fields is essential. Familiarity with construction plumbing, painting, flooring installation, metal stud framing, tile laying, fixture installation, and blueprint reading is highly desirable. Ability to work in various construction site environments and adapt to changing conditions. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
