Drywall Finisher 2 Brothers Drywall Ocala, FL 34473 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in drywall installation and finishing, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. As a Drywall Finisher, you will be responsible for preparing and finishing drywall surfaces to ensure they meet industry standards and client expectations. This role requires proficiency in various techniques and tools used in the drywall finishing process. Currently working in The Villages, reliable transportation a must. Responsibilities Prepare drywall surfaces by taping, mudding, and sanding to create a smooth finish. Apply texture finishes as required by project specifications. Ensure all work is completed according to project timelines and quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Reliable transportation is a must to get to the jobsite daily. Experience The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Ability to work at heights. Drywall installers, ceiling tile installers, and tapers may be required to work on ladders, scaffolding, lifts, or stilts. 2-3 Years of experience as a drywall finisher with references. Ability to use all tools involved in drywall including running the bazooka. ensure that the walls and ceilings are smooth and ready for painting or further treatment . This role involves measuring and cutting drywall panels, fixing the panels to the building framework, taping, and smoothing out joints and imperfections.
