Role:

Goldbrick Contracting Services is seeking licensed General Contractors (GCs) and skilled handymen to join our growing network of property preservation professionals. We specialize in maintaining and securing vacant and distressed properties across the Orlando region. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want to work with you! GC License holders will receive priority assignments. ________________________________________ ????️

Key Responsibilities:

Property Cleanouts:

Remove debris, trash, and abandoned items.

Property Rehabilitation & Turns:

Complete interior and exterior renovations to prepare homes for resale or rent, including flooring, painting, fixture upgrades, and general remodeling.

Home Improvements:

Perform a range of upgrades such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, siding replacement, roofing, and energy-efficient improvements.

Hazard Repairs:

Address and remediate damage from fire, water, mold, storms, and other hazards per scope of work and code compliance.

General Repairs:

Execute repairs across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, carpentry, and roofing.

Site Cleanups & Debris Removal:

Ensure all project sites are kept clean, safe, and free of construction debris and abandoned materials.

Securing Properties:

Lock changes, board-ups, and door/window repairs.

Minor Repairs:

Roofing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC fixes.

Inspections & Reports:

Document property conditions with detailed photos.

Timely Completion:

Meet all deadlines for assigned work orders. ________________________________________ ✅

Requirements:

• Valid General Contractor License (GC)
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Own tools and equipment (power tools, ladders, lawn gear, etc.)
• Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number)
