Lead and motivate a team of workers, providing guidance and support as needed. Oversee the installation of drywall, trim carpentry, and metal stud framing to ensure quality workmanship. Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely and efficiently while training team members on their proper use. Coordinate restoration and renovation activities, ensuring materials are available and tasks are completed as scheduled. Conduct regular inspections of work areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards. Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise. Requirements Proven experience in a construction environment, with a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for construction tasks. Experience in drywall installation, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and renovation projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality work. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
