The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in maintenance and repair tasks, demonstrating proficiency in various maintenance requirements. Responsibilities Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties. Conduct routine inspections to identify issues that require attention. Utilize tools and equipment effectively to complete tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or management. Maintain a clean and organized vehicle, ensuring tools and supplies are stored properly at all times. Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects as needed. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Keep receipts of all purchases done for each project. Punctuality and attendance a must. Clean and professional appearance. Drug free zone Requirements Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools. Knowledge of multimeter use. Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management. Must be physically capable of performing manual labor, including lifting heavy objects. Effective time management. Knowledge in removal and installation of tiles (ceramic, marble, mosaic, and vinyl flooring) Drywall repair experience and skim coating. Basic electrical and plumbing experience. Exterior work knowledge such as painting, stucco repair, light fixtures, paver install, and pressure washing. Door and window installation experience a bonus. Clean driver’s license required.
