What You’ll Do:

Take raw and primed custom cabinetry ( stunning wall units, dream kitchens, and elegant bathroom vanities) and transform them with impeccable spray-applied finishes.

Master the prep work:

meticulous priming and sanding to ensure a glass-smooth surface. Expertly apply paint using a spray gun to achieve the desired look and durability. On occasion, showcase your artistry with custom staining to meet unique project specifications. Collaborate with our team to ensure each piece meets our high standards of quality. Potentially travel to project sites on occasion, as needed.

What You Bring:

2+ years of hands-on experience as a paint finisher, ideally with custom cabinetry or woodworking. Proven expertise in priming, sanding, and achieving flawless spray finishes. Familiarity with various paint types, application techniques, and equipment maintenance. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for occasional site visits. Why Join Us?
