The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various trades, demonstrating proficiency in construction and repair tasks. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, and remodeling , ensuring quality workmanship in every project undertaken. Duties Have own transportation and tools. Perform trim carpentry. Installing cabinets, crown moulding , base, doors, casing, and more. Demolition, framing, hanging drywall, mudwork, painting. able to do tile floor, showers and backsplash. Install vinyl and laminate flooring Handle basic electrical tasks such as wiring fans and lights.
