The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drywall finishing and related construction skills, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet project specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work collaboratively with other tradespeople. Duties Apply plaster and drywall mud to walls and ceilings, ensuring a smooth finish. Perform sanding and polishing of finished surfaces to achieve desired texture. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to determine project requirements. Collaborate with carpenters, masons, and other trades as necessary for project completion. Execute caulking tasks to seal joints and gaps for a professional finish. Assist with tile laying and flooring installation as needed on various projects. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or in a similar role within the restoration industry. Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential. Skills in plastering, caulking, tile laying, masonry, and maintenance person tasks are highly desirable. Ability to work independently or as part of a team while managing multiple tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
