In this role, you will be responsible for installing and finishing drywall to a high standard, ensuring smooth, paint-ready surfaces for a variety of home renovation projects. Are Not Limited To:

Measure and cut drywall panels accurately to fit designated wall and ceiling spaces Install drywall using screws, nails, or adhesives Tape joints, corners, and seams and apply joint compound Sand surfaces to a smooth finish, ready for painting or texture Repair existing drywall damage and retexture surfaces Collaborate with other trades straight ahead, electricians, and painters Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools Follow all safety standards and local building codes Interpret and work from blueprints and project specifications

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a drywall installer and finisher Proficient in drywall tools, materials, and techniques Strong measuring, cutting, and layout skills Physical stamina and ability to work in varying conditions (heights, confined spaces, etc.) High attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
