Preferred candidate:

• Clean driving record (must-have)
• Valid document to work in the US
• Reliable transportation.
• Tools/sprayer/ladders (nice to have)
• Bi-lingual (nice-to-have) Must speak English to communicate with customers and other technicians
• We also need in-house skills in welding, fence repair, masonry, carpentry, roof repairs, waterproofing, and general construction. $500 referral bonus to anyone that you refer that stays with us for 3 months.
• Other trades experience or willingness to learn
