Building Maintenance (Sun-Thurs) A Banyan Residence 100 Base Avenue East, Venice, FL 34285

Job Summary:

The essential function of this job is for renovation work. We are also looking for someone with carpentry skills, drywall and painting. We offer paid time off. On the job training will be paid for. You must be able to pass a level two background check.

Job Related Requirements:

• Able to move throughout the property and work independently.
• Ability to stand and walk an entire shift or as necessary
• Able to drive as needed.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, stoop, pull and twist.
• One year of construction experience preferred
• Pickup truck preferred. Additional Skills/Knowledge
• Basic ability for all aspects of construction as needed.
• Knowledge of painting and drywall repair.
• Basic use of a power washer.
• Carpentry skills/knowledge
