⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Remodeler needed $25+/hour KMI compensation: $25-$35/hour based on experience employment type: experience level: mid level job title: Remodeling Crew Member Needed Must possess 5+ years in construction. We are looking for a full time labor professional experienced in carpentry, trim and general remodeling skills. Our projects are in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Longboat Key, Holmes Beach, Bradenton, Venice. This position does NOT require experience in plumbing, electrical, roofing, or HVAC. This position DOES require English speaking, reliable transportation, background/motor vehicle check. This is full time and long term with some flexibility and opportunity. Typical work hours 8am -4pm. 401(k) and PTO included after 90-day probation period. Pay raises offered throughout the year based on performance. Duties Carpentry (baseboard, casings, door hanging) Drywall (small sheets, patch jobs) Tile (some shower tile, some kitchen backsplash) Demolition (interior walls, shower pans, tile etc.) Cabinetry (hang and set ready-to-assemble cabinets) Paint (prime and paint smaller spaces, trim etc.) Flooring (install floating click-together LVP) Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
