We are looking for someone with knowledge of all aspects of residential construction. This includes everything from plumbing, electrical, flooring, paint, siding, trim, framing and drywall. A minimum of 10 years’ experience is required along with references we can verify this information with. Duties Correcting issues with work standards, directing which area each crew member will focus on with clear directions, and teaching/monitoring new crew members to ensure high quality standards. Maintaining the set timeline for work to be completed, and/or communicating any issue to the owners immediately. Updating and communicating daily with the owners of CB Constructs to update on progress and report any issues that need to be addressed. Communicate with customers as needed in a professional, respectful, and reasonable manner. Create material lists needed for jobs and ensuring proper handling and delivery/pickup of all materials and tools. Monitoring quality of jobsite (E.G. – smoking off property, trash picked up, lunch breaks taken/returned from on time, handling employee issues responsibly and quickly.) You must have your own, reliable vehicle and basic hand tools. Valid driver’s license is required. Pay is subject to experience and job performances with bonuses available to earn.
