The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and related construction skills, with the ability to work on various projects ranging from custom furniture to structural installations. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Responsibilities Construct, assemble, and repair wooden structures and fixtures according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete projects. Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and design preferences. Perform mold remediation and water damage restoration tasks as needed. Conduct construction estimating for materials and labor for upcoming projects. Install drywall, fixtures, and other components as part of the woodworking process. Execute electrical work related to woodworking projects when necessary. Carry out construction painting tasks to finish projects with a professional appearance. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools are properly stored after use. Requirements Proven experience in woodworking or carpentry is essential. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and CNC machinery is preferred. Familiarity with mold remediation practices and water damage restoration techniques is a plus. Ability to perform construction estimating for project planning. Knowledge of drywall installation and fixture installation processes is beneficial.
