un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Hiring Demolition Crew – Ranch Home on Basement (East Atlanta) (East Atlanta) Moreland near Sky Haven compensation: Cash or Zelle Daily We are seeking a skilled and dependable demolition crew to demo a single-family ranch home on a basement located in East Atlanta, GA.
Scope of Work:
Complete interior demo down to the studs (walls, ceilings, flooring, etc.) Remove cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, and non-load-bearing elements Demo includes basement interior Remove all drywall and pull nails from stud walls Daily debris removal and placement in on-site dumpster
Requirements:
Must have own transportation, tools, and PPE Must be experienced, professional, and able to begin immediately Must ensure all debris is removed from the home and placed in the dumpster each day
