Remodeler Harts General Services Llc Guyton, GA 31312 As a Remodeler, you will be integral to transforming residential and commercial spaces, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Reporting to the project manager, you will utilize core skills in hand tools, construction, and power tools to execute various remodeling tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Perform a variety of remodeling tasks, including demolition, framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work. Assist in the installation of cabinets, countertops, windows, doors, and other structures. Measure, cut, and install materials according to project specifications. Work with hand and power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks. Help in prepping and painting surfaces, installing trim, and applying other finishing touches to completed projects. Ensure job sites are maintained in a clean and safe condition, including disposing of construction debris properly. Assist in loading and unloading materials and tools and transporting them to and from job sites. Collaborate with supervisors, project managers, and other team members to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget. Follow safety guidelines and building codes to ensure compliance with regulations and to promote a safe working environment. Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or challenges to the project manager or foreman. Assist with other general construction tasks as needed, including mixing and preparing materials.
