Job Description
Painter M&DK Contractors, Inc Lilburn, GA 30047 We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various painting techniques and the ability to work on a variety of projects, including residential and commercial spaces. As a Painter, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes while ensuring safety and efficiency on the job site. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as necessary. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Mix paints and stains to achieve desired colors and textures. Perform caulking and trim carpentry tasks to ensure a polished finish. Conduct drywall repairs and plastering as needed to prepare surfaces. Install fixtures and perform masonry work when required. Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Painter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Knowledge of construction estimating is preferred. Proficiency in caulking, trim carpentry, masonry, drywall, plastering, concrete finishing, and fixture installation is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.
