Drywall Installer 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars Mahopac, NY 10541 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry and possess a variety of technical skills related to installation and construction. This role involves working with various materials and fixtures, ensuring that installations meet quality standards and adhere to safety regulations. The Installer will be responsible for interpreting blueprints and schematics to execute projects efficiently. Responsibilities Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to install fixtures accurately. Perform metal stud framing, drywall installation, and stucco work as required. Execute mold remediation tasks while adhering to safety protocols. Install various fixtures, ensuring proper alignment and functionality. Conduct restoration work, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored. Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter or in a similar installation role within the restoration industry. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics. Familiarity with mold remediation practices is preferred. Experience with fixture installation, metal stud framing, drywall, and stucco applications is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to plumb installations accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
