Monday•Thursday, 6:00 AM•4:30 PM (3-day weekends!)

We’re hiring an Entry-Level Lamination Technician for a full-time, temp-to-hire position with a reputable and growing manufacturing company in Raymond, Maine . No experience is required —just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn! This is a great opportunity to build new skills, work a consistent schedule, and grow with a company that rewards your effort.
What You’ll Do:
Learn to build fiberglass parts using custom molds and hand tools Apply resins and gelcoats with spray guns and by hand Grind, cut, and finish fiberglass components Smooth and buff surfaces for a clean, polished final product Follow detailed instructions and safety processes Work independently in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:
No prior experience required—we’ll train the right person! High school diploma or equivalent Comfortable using hand tools and tape measures Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods Attention to detail and a willingness to learn Previous experience in fiberglass, painting, or construction is helpful, but not necessary
