The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and possess a strong understanding of drywall finishing techniques. This role involves preparing and finishing drywall surfaces to ensure a smooth, professional appearance. The Drywall Finisher will work closely with other construction professionals on-site to deliver high-quality results. Responsibilities Apply joint compound and tape to seams and corners of drywall panels. Sand and smooth finished surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance. Inspect finished work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are stored properly. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction sites. Requirements Proven experience as a Drywall Finisher or similar role in the construction industry preferred but not necessary. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and bending for extended periods.
