Labor Worker Eco green clean LLC Maryville, MO 64468 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn various construction-related tasks. This role involves working on diverse projects, contributing to the successful completion of construction and maintenance activities. The Laborer will be expected to perform physically demanding tasks while adhering to safety protocols and quality standards. Responsibilities Assist in various construction activities including but not limited to tile laying, plastering, and flooring installation. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently as needed for specific tasks. Fabricate components as required for different projects. Participate in hardscape installation, ensuring proper techniques are followed. Hang doors and perform related carpentry tasks with precision. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Qualifications Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Skills in construction inspection, tile laying, plastering, flooring installation, blueprint reading, welding, door hanging, heavy equipment operation, hardscape installation, and fabrication are highly desirable. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
