Home Renovation / Unit Turn Specialist Homestretch Property Management St. Louis, MO Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Unit Turn Foreman to join our team that wants long term employment in a growing company. The successful candidate will require no training and will be responsible for: Carrying out and or leading others to complete Unit Turns Repairing structural damage, such as windows, doors, or walls Repairing plumbing, lighting, flooring, drywall, plaster, and other issues Installing new fixtures or appliances . This is a hands-on role that requires strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Skills / Qualifications

– Construction skills including carpentry, painting, masonry, plumbing, flooring and drywall Must have Verifiable Unit Turn/Make Ready experience Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication Able to use smartphone apps for work order documentation Organizational and time management skills Must have your own tools Dependable Transportation Willing to do an on call rotation for after hours and emergency Self sufficient Self starter Able to stick to a schedule Attention to detail Ownership and follow through with work orders Great customer service
