The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with hands-on experience in various installation tasks. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Must have prior wet space experience in bathroom remodeling. Responsibilities Must have valid Driver’s License, Insurance and reliable transportation. Truck and trailer is a plus. Perform Walk-in Tub and/or Safety Shower installation with precision and care to ensure customer satisfaction. Execute drywall and plaster work, ensuring smooth finishes and adherence to specifications. Engage in remodeling projects, collaborating with team members to achieve project goals. Conduct construction painting tasks, applying paint and finishes according to design requirements. Utilize welding techniques when necessary for specific installation needs. Operate hand tools safely and efficiently for various installation tasks. Carry out finishing work as required, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Proven experience in installation work, drywall, plastering, remodeling, construction painting, hand tools usage, and trim finishing. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues on-site effectively. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting. Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
