The ideal candidate will have experience in furniture with a strong focus on applying coatings, paints, and finishes to a variety of surfaces. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Sprayer will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality finishes that meet our clients’ expectations. Pay- $17-$20 Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or applying primers as needed. Operate spray equipment and tools safely and efficiently to apply coatings, paints, or finishes. Follow schematics and project specifications to ensure accurate application. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular maintenance on spray equipment to ensure optimal performance. Assist in other construction tasks as needed, including caulking, plastering, and door hanging. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project duration.
