Turn Technician A1RPM Charlotte, NC 28260 As a Turn Technician for A1RPM, you will be dispatched from home to perform maintain rental homes. We own and manage hundreds of homes in Charlotte and the surrounding areas and are looking for a quality tech to join our team! MUST HAVE A POSITIVE

ATTITUDE and be a go-getter who takes initiative. Plumbing, drywall, painting, carpentry, and electrical. Tech savvy with the ability to use app-based software, email, operate a smartphone, etc. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, basic hand and power tools. Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening.
