The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various renovation tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both residential and commercial projects. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively and independently with other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results. Duties Execute renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines. Carry out construction painting tasks, ensuring a professional finish. Engage in frame carpentry, including the installation of walls, doors, and windows. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements. Lay tiles for flooring and walls, ensuring precision and aesthetic appeal. Utilize tools and equipment safely while maintaining a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues that arise during renovation projects. Drywall installation, finishing and repair a plus. Skills Experience in construction painting with an eye for detail. Strong skills in frame carpentry, including measuring and cutting materials accurately Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical and HVAC basics is a plus. Competence in tile laying with an emphasis on quality workmanship. Experience with stucco application techniques is desirable.
