Apartment Turnover Skilled Tradesman- Carpentry (4+ yrs exp req) EastPoint Properties 99 Pine Hill Road, Nashua, NH 03063 Property management company in business for more than 45 years is looking for highly skilled finish production carpenters for full time, forty hours per week schedule. Must have substantial detailed finish carpentry, as well as general repair and apartment turnover experience including painting and light plumbing projects. Applicant must be willing to travel to ME, MA, NH and VT for building projects. Position has great potential for growth within the organization. Send resume with pay requirements.
