The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of windows in various commercial settings. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while working at heights using specialized equipment. Responsibilities Perform window cleaning duties for commercial buildings, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Utilize scissor lifts and other equipment safely and efficiently to access high-rise windows. Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to identify any damage or necessary repairs. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of cleaning equipment and supplies. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or with cleaning chemicals. Communicate effectively with clients to address any concerns or special requests regarding window cleaning services. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule. Qualifications Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with scissor lifts or similar equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Must be physically fit, capable of lifting equipment, and comfortable working at heights.
