South Coast Improvement Company is seeking experienced Interior Tradespeople to join our growing team. This position focuses on apartment renovations within occupied multi-unit dwellings and includes a range of interior finish work and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality finish carpentry, painting, and gypsum/drywall work Execute scope items related to apartment turnover and common area refresh Safely work in occupied environments, maintaining tenant and site respect Travel to job sites across Central and Southern New Jersey Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision and meet schedule deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in interior renovations or related trades Proficiency in finish carpentry, drywall/gypsum, and painting Must have own transportation and full set of tools Ability to travel daily to various project sites Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism

Compensation:

Starting at $32.00/hr, based on experience and capability Opportunities for steady work with a well-established company Full-time employment with potential for advancement
