RESPONSIBILITIES

Completing handyman and home improvement projects such as repairs, flooring, drywall, carpentry, painting, tile, etc. Organizing and managing equipment required to complete daily tasks Working with clients to provide exceptional customer service Representing House Doctors in the local community and networking with potential customers as needs arise

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Highly experienced in drywall installation and finishing 3+ years of experience as a paid handyman Hands on with a knowledge of the principles, techniques, equipment, and supplies used in the handyman industry Demonstrated multi skills in a variety of categories such as carpentry, drywall, installations and repairs Ability to examine a problem situation and come up with a resolution in a prompt and professional manner. Ability to learn and operate some basic computer programs and systems Friendly personality and committed to great customer service Able to communicate both written and verbally in a courteous and professional manner with customers and co-workers. A strong work ethic and highly dependable Able to do physical labor work including bending, lifting (50+ lbs), and handling tools Driver’s license is required. Must own a standard set of tools to perform all of the above trades. Experience in all aspects of tile installation and finishing a PLUS Experience in flooring installation and repair (vinyl, LVP, laminate) a PLUS. Estimation skills and prior home inspection experience a PLUS House Doctors is a professional handyman and home improvements company specializing in both large and small jobs.
