Clifton Development Group LLC ‹ image 1 of 4 › compensation: We do projects large and small and all of our jobs are bid out/ so per contract employment type: job title: Contractor Are you a skilled and reliable remodeling contractor looking for consistent work with a growing team? We want to hear from you! All jobs are bid out in either full purchase of the project or hourly rates with man hour caps. We are a local company, not a franchise! We have real local work under contract and bidding with real managers within the capital district! We’re a fast-growing local remodeling business with a reputation for quality workmanship, transparency, and treating our partners right. As our project load expands, we’re seeking independent contractors and subcontractor crews across all trades to help us deliver top-notch renovation services to our clients. We are looking for both independent contractors as well as sub contractors for all trades, especially small crews who can take a remodel from start to finish! What We’re Looking For We’re looking for professionals who specialize in( but not limited to): Framing & Carpentry (rough & finish) Drywall Installation & Finishing Flooring (tile, hardwood, laminate, vinyl) Painting (interior & exterior) Plumbing (licensed preferred) Electrical (licensed preferred)
Cabinet & Countertop Installation Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeling General Handyman Skills Ideal Candidates Should Have:
A strong attention to detail and pride in their craft At least 3 years of professional remodeling or construction experience Reliable transportation and basic tools Good communication and punctuality Ability to work independently or as part of a team Insurance and licensing (where applicable) Willingness to follow project specs and timelines Why Work With Us?
