Skilled Tradesman X-Treme Restorations inc. Roxbury, NY 12474 Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tradesman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. This role requires a hands-on approach to building, repairing, and maintaining structures while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Duties Perform construction tasks including drywall installation, framing carpentry, and construction painting. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications. Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively for various tasks. Fabricate materials as needed for specific projects, ensuring precision and quality in workmanship. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality. Assist in hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls as required. Skills Proficient in construction inspection techniques to assess work quality and safety compliance. Strong knowledge of drywall installation methods and finishing techniques. Experience with hardscape design and installation is preferred. Ability to read schematics and blueprints accurately for project execution. Skilled in the safe operation of power tools used in construction tasks. Competence in frame carpentry, including measuring, cutting, and assembling structures. Capability to build various structures according to specifications while adhering to safety protocols. Experience in construction painting techniques for both interior and exterior applications.
