Duties Execute airless paint spraying for various surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish. Perform flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile, adhering to industry standards. Install drywall with accuracy, ensuring proper alignment and finishing. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project specifications and requirements. Carry out fixture installation, including lighting, cabinetry, and other essential components. Build structures as needed, demonstrating proficiency in construction techniques. Conduct construction estimating to assess project costs and material needs effectively. Engage in mold remediation efforts when necessary, ensuring safety and compliance with regulations. Apply masonry skills for brick or stone installations as required by specific projects. Execute trim carpentry tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal of installations.
