With verifiable experience we Responsibilities Execute finishing tasks on construction projects, including masonry and stucco work. Perform concrete finishing and forming to ensure smooth and durable surfaces. Install various types of flooring materials with precision and attention to detail. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently and safely. Collaborate with team members to assess project requirements and timelines. Assist in renovation projects by applying finishing techniques that meet design specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Skills Proficient in masonry techniques and concrete finishing methods. Experience with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Knowledge of construction estimating for project planning and execution. Familiarity with flooring installation processes across different materials. Ability to work with stucco applications for exterior finishes. Strong skills in using hand tools relevant to the construction industry.
