Position Description:
Interior Trim Specialist The Interior Trim Specialist plays a key role in delivering quality customer service to homeowners. They will be taking requests from them and identifying any interior and exteriors areas that need work. They will be responsible for communicating with the customer and answering any questions they may have.
Specific Duties:
Install trim Sand and paint Caulk trim Drywall Seam carpet Finish textured ceilings Install interior doors Install exterior lights Carry out end of shift/day clean up procedures, such as cleaning and servicing of workstations and equipment Ability to perform tasks underneath and on top of the home Ability to precisely cut and measure Additional Specific duties as applicable
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license Punctual and dependable Carpentry skills Ability to work in all environments (extreme heat/cold, rain/snow) Friendly, cooperative, and a team player Committed to a high level of customer satisfaction and takes pride in their work Strong communication, analytical and reasoning skills The endurance to perform strenuous tasks The ability to safely climb ladders Ability to excel in and contribute to a team environment Able to lift at least 40-50 lbs Able to stand, stoop, push, pull, bend and climb for long periods of time Other physical duties, as needed Applicants are subject to a criminal background check and must pass a pre-employment drug screen Benefits Comprehensive Benefit Package
