Seeking an experienced Drywall Superintendent for a fantastic opportunity in the Charleston, SC. area.

Salary:

$75K•$80

K Schedule:

M•F, 7am•3:30pm

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage drywall installation projects, from initial planning to completion Ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations, and quality standard Directly supervising drywall installers, ensuring they adhere to project plans and safety protocols Developing and maintaining project schedules, managing timelines, and addressing potential delays Conduct regular inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards Lead subcontractors and labor crews, fostering a collaborative work environment Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and other relevant stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication Address and resolve any potential conflicts that may arise on the project
