Residential Construction / Finishing Are you the type to keep on punching ’till the end? Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for fixing what others miss? We’re looking for a Punchwork Craftsman who can handle the final details that take a project from “almost done” to “absolutely perfect.” If you’re skilled in finish carpentry, light plumbing, and residential installs—and love variety in your day—this is the role for you. ✅

What You’ll Be Working On:

Attic Stairs :

Installation and adjustment

Ceiling Fans & Lighting Equipment :

Assembly, mounting, and safe connections

Doors :

Install, adjust, align, and hardware fitting

Garage Door Openers :

Installation and troubleshooting

Kitchens & Cabinetry :

Adjusting drawers, doors, and hardware installs

Vanity Mirrors :

Secure and level installs

General Plumbing :

Including residential hot water tank installs and basic plumbing repairs

Finish Work :

Trim, moldings, caulking, drywall patching, and surface touch-ups

Punch Lists :

Complete quality checklists and correct any outstanding issues

Site Readiness :

Clean, organized workspaces and professional presentation ✅ What You Bring to the

Team:

3+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetry, general residential construction, or light plumbing Ability to confidently handle installs, repairs, and adjustments with minimal supervision Own reliable set of hand/power tools suited for finish and install work Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail Ability to read/interpret punch lists and residential plans Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation (local travel to job sites required) ✅

Bonus Points For:

Cabinet install or millwork experience Drywall, caulking, or light painting skills Knowledge of residential building codes Comfortable working solo or as part of a team ✅ Why Work With Us?
