un ⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Deep clean needed (reno/construction) (Joelton) compensation: 500 Looking for help with cleaning help at a newly renovated house in Joelton, a small 2 bedroom, 1 bath house (1225 sq ft). One story ranch style house. Paying $500 upon completion. Must have own supplies. Attention to detail
REQUIRED.
Opportunity for other jobs if all goes well.
- General clean throughout, plus:
- Fridge and range/oven
- Wipe out all cabinets and drawers inside and out.
- Windows and door glass need cleaning inside and out. No streaks.
- Ceramic tub needs deep clean along with all of small bathroom.
- Doors and storm doors need detail cleaning inside and out.
- Paint on glass surfaces and door hinges throughout to be scraped.
- Bag up trash outside. Debris outside to be picked up totally around the back and side entrance/drivway.
- Flooring surfaces throughout have paint smears that need to be removed (all, extreme detail).
- Flooring surfaces have coat of dust that may need some creativity to get up. Dust coating has to be removed.
- Trying to get the house show-ready.
All work must be precise and with good workmanship. Expecting high quality. Needing the place to look near perfect and ready to sell afterwards. Count on this to be at least a day and a half to two days of work. Will be inspected with scrutiny before payment. Payment will be within 1 business day of completion but after inspection between hours of 9-12 each day.
