Paint provided but you will need to bring your own drywall mud/spackling and sanding blocks/paper. Opportunity for other work if all goes well.

• Spots and locations throughout house for drywall repair and finishing
• Spots and locations to paint touchup and also paint sections of drywall repair
• Entire bathroom needs repainted
• Multiple seams needing feathered out and mudded better
• mudroom ceiling and utility closet
• A couple doors needing painting.
• Multiple exterior doorframes have chipping and need to be scraped/sanded/repainted.
• Closets need painting.
• Caulking baseboards and other trim where needed
• Painting baseboards and other trim where needed
• Paint miscellaneous small spots where needed
• Fix blemishes throughout.
• Couple trim pieces to nail in
• Bag up trash and debris inside and out
• Overall needing entire house paint surfaces looking great without blemishes.

It has been blue taped but need you to also correct other spots and issues you can find. Trying to get the house show-ready. All work must be precise and with good workmanship. Expecting high quality. Needing the place to look near perfect and ready to sell afterwards. Count on this to be multiple full days of work. Will be inspected with scrutiny before payment. Payment will be within 1 business day of completion but after inspection between hours of 9-12 each day. Pay is upon completion. No deposit. No progress payments. Can pay via check, Venmo, Zelle, or Cash App.
