You must have at least 10 years of experience in the remodeling industry and must be proficient in the following skills: Carpentry Light electrical Plumbing Drywall Painting Tile installation Experienced Residential Lead Remodeler Responsibilities

• Lead remodeling projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Utilize electrical experience to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
• Execute carpentry tasks such as framing, installing fixtures, and repairing structures.
• Perform construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of renovated spaces.
• Address plumbing issues and install new plumbing fixtures as needed.
• Handle drywall installation and repairs to achieve smooth and seamless surfaces.

Must be a leader who is quality driven, reliable, can communicate effectively, have reliable transportation to various job sites in Greater Nashville area, and have your own tools. This is a hands-on, working position; people wanting exclusively supervisory roles need not apply. Excellent benefits after an introductory period. EOE.
