Work Includes all aspects of full home remodels. Must be able to do or reliably sub-out work for: Kitchens & bathrooms Flooring (tile, LVP, hardwood) Windows, doors, trim Drywall, texture, painting HVAC, electrical & plumbing (licensed or subcontracted) Full-scope interior & exterior remodels ✅

MUST HAVE

Valid TN contractor’s license Bonded and insured Can pull permits (Metro Nashville and other municipalities) Reliable transportation and own tools Able to handle multiple trades or manage subs ????
