Materials provided. Opportunity for other work if all goes well.
- Crawlspace does require crawling as it is an old house
- First
- Remove small rocks and debris thoroughly (lots of small rocks)
- Roll out vapor barrer under house
- Cut sections as needed and overlap by at least 1 foot
- Tape and seal overlapped sections (all the way across seams)
- Cover bare ground area completely
- Extend plastic 6-12 inches up the foundation walls and secure with tape
- Cut and wrap titghtly around piers and tape seams
- All work must be precise and with good workmanship.
