What You’ll Do:

• Travel to regional work sites throughout the week.
• Perform a minimum of 8 hours per day 5 days a week. (Additional hours consistently occur)
• Apply trade skills to perform repairs and maintain our client’s facilities.
• Complete tasks to client and manufacturer’s specifications.
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner.
• Represent the company in a positive manner.
• Complete other tasks as assigned.

What You’ll Bring:

• Working knowledge of at least 2 construction industry trades. (Carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and masonry skills are preferred)
• Motivation and a commitment to excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
• Problem solving skills.
• Ability to learn and apply new skills quickly.
• High degree of integrity and work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Personal hand tools.
• Ability to stand, walk, balance, climb, crawl, crouch, lift, hold, or stoop
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.
