This is a full-time position offering guaranteed 40 hours per week, weekly pay, and starting at $25/hour or more for qualified individuals. You’ll also enjoy paid vacation, paid holidays, and the convenience of starting at the same location each day—our headquarters in Eagleville, TN.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of home improvement tasks, including drywall repair, painting, flooring installation, cabinetry, and general carpentry Assist with kitchen and bathroom remodels, tile work, and fixture installations Conduct light plumbing and electrical work Follow project plans while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate professionally with clients and team members Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Travel to job sites in company-provided vehicle from the Eagleville shop
Qualifications:
Experience in residential remodeling or general contracting Proficient with tools and construction techniques Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Reliable transportation to our Eagleville location each day Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and good communication skills
