Retirement Savings Responsibilities:

Must possess the ability to troubleshoot and change electric motors, diagnosis chart recorders, Honeywell controllers, MTS tempo sonics, and various sizes of transformers. Will also be required to understand and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits that include directional, proportional and servo valves and work on different machine centers throughout the plant Competent in working with Windows based computer programs such as Windows Explorer and RS Logix Responsibilities include updating firmware on different machine centers, staying current on changes with Asset Centre, working with True Opportunity and troubleshooting any data issues that arise Ability to write messages and produce consume bits in program. Ability to build and troubleshoot PID Loops Ability to work unsupervised and in a time efficient manner, communicate out new code and help train electricians on PLC’s. Look for continuous improvement opportunities. Available for programming questions and help if needed outside of working hours Ability to build, program and flash/download Factory Talk ME Ability to install AB drives on new applications. Motion experience is a plus Minimum 2 years of programming encouraged.

Full understanding and working knowledge of the following: multi-meters, wiggies, meggers, amprobes, temperature meter, and servo driver; the ability to install and bend conduit up to three inches using a variety of bending and threading equipment; and understand how to use hand tools and shop equipment such as drills, band saws, reciprocating saw, crimpers, cutting torch and welding machine in a safe manner. Must have a thorough understanding and working knowledge of shop math and blueprint reading, relay logic systems, circuit breakers, starters, overload relays, limit, pressure, temperature and flow switches, push buttons, switches, resolvers, encoders, pulsers, and other electrical devices. Candidate must possess the knowledge to work with Allen-Bradley programmable logic controllers (PLC), as well as the ability to troubleshoot and change basic ladder logic programs to change timers, counters, and integers, plus the knowledge to work on Allen-Bradley AC drives.
