• They’re looking for a hands-on foreman to lead crews of 2-8electricians on-site, guide installs, and ensure projects areexecuted to a high technical standard.
• The Work Lead industrial installation projects in heavy industryenvironments Manage and guide your crew day-to-day on client sites Interpret Rockwell and Siemens drawings, build material lists,and oversee ordering Install and troubleshoot ControlLogix systems, large motors(300+ HP), and MV drives Own quality, safety, and deadlines from pre-mobilizationthrough commissioning Collaborate directly with engineers to solve problems andrefine execution•About You You’ve led teams on major industrial projects before You can build a material list from a set of schematics withoutblinking You’re fluent in tray, conduit, and medium voltage and notafraid to get your hands dirty You understand how to install drive systems properly, not justwire them Spanish skills are a plus (you’ll often coordinate withbilingual crews) You’re open to 80% travel (up to 3 weeks at a time) across theSoutheast and beyond•What’s On Offer $hourly pay DOE + regular overtime Company truck Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance•401k with•company match 3 weeks vacation Join a tight-knit team that values quality over headcount andbacks you on-site•Why This Role?
