Job Description:

Master Electrician Prefabricated building system manufacturerthat specializes in electrical substation control buildings andcommunication shelters is seeking an experienced Master Electricianthat can immediately contribute to increasing capacity within ourElectrical Dept. Summary We are seeking a highly skilled andexperienced Master Electrician to join our team. The idealcandidate will possess extensive knowledge of electrical systems,including both commercial and industrial applications. This rolerequires a strong understanding of the National Electrical Code(NEC) and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. As aMaster Electrician, you will be responsible for electricalinstallations, maintenance, and repairs while ensuring compliancewith safety regulations. Duties and Responsibilities

• Leads,guides, and/or trains other electricians in applicable proceduresand techniques
• Ability to lead a project, may grow into leadingthe area
• Effectively interprets blueprints/technical drawings
• May perform work of lower-level electricians
• Ensures proper carein the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies; promotescontinuous improvement of workplace safety and environmentalpractices
• Reads, employs, and updates electrical panel schedules
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Comprehensive knowledge of electrical wiring, circuits, equipment,and control systems

Requirements:

• Ability to pass a drug screenand background check
• Minimal 4 years Electrical experience
• Working knowledge of construction math, blueprint and technicaldrawing interpretation, and power/hand tool use-including use ofconduit bender
• Ability to perform job specific physicalrequirements under the specified working conditions including, butnot limited to: Willing to work on knees, willing to work outsidewhen necessary, lifting 50lbs
• Ability to travel to job sitelocations for installs and troubleshooting (may be overnight, outof state)
• Willing to perform all assigned tasks and beself-sufficient and self-motivated
• Reliable and timelytransportation
• Willing to work doing tasks outside of this jobdescription as needed, including housekeeping duties in work areaJob requires PPE including steel toed or EH Composite toedshoes/boots
• Willingness to work overtime as needed, includingsome Saturday’s (usually half days) ability to stay until tasks arefinished properly – flexible end of day (jobs may require stayingpast regular end of shift)
